Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Imagery Analyst to join our team on a part-time contract basis. In this role, you will interpret and analyze imagery from various platforms, providing intelligence products and visualizations that support operational and strategic needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze satellite, aerial, and UAV imagery to identify geographic and man-made features, activity patterns, and changes over time
- Apply image processing techniques to enhance interpretation and extract actionable insights
- Prepare analytical reports, maps, and briefings for internal and external stakeholder
- Collaborate with team members and partners to support geospatial and operational planning
- Maintain awareness of developments in imagery exploitation tools and GEOINT best practices
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Remote Sensing, Geomatics, Geography, Intelligence Studies, or a related field
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in imagery analysis
- Proficiency with GIS and remote sensing software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS, ERDAS Imagine)
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written communication and ability to produce high-quality geospatial products
Preferred Assets:
- Prior experience supporting military, public safety, or environmental monitoring operations
- Familiarity with photogrammetry or 3D terrain analysis
- Experience working with multispectral and SAR imagery
